Restorative Yoga

Release. Reset. Renew.

Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing yoga practice that invites stillness and ease. Using props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, poses are held comfortably for several minutes to relax and restore the body while calming and quieting the mind. This is a 60-minute, slow, gentle, practice which engages the body, mind, and spirit.

Restorative yoga is a wonderful practice for those craving deep rest and relaxation to offset the mental and emotional noise of daily life.

No experience is needed. Just bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Small classes of up to 5 people allow for individual instruction and attention.

Yoga Nidra

Guided meditation for rest.

Yoga Nidra is deeply restful yoga practice in which students journey through a guided meditation and visualization which slows down the nervous system, and calms the body and mind, making it helpful for anxiety, sleep issues, menopause/perimenopause, and overall well-being.

In this 60-minute class, students rest comfortably lying on their mats with the comforting support of quiet music, blankets, bolsters and cushions. Eye pillows and weighted cushions are offered.

No experience is necessary. Just bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing.
