Whole Living in Menopause
Insomnia? Dry skin? Exhaustion mingled with rage, anxiety and depression? Achy joints? Mysterious hip and shoulder pain Feeling like your body's thermostat was hijacked by a furnace?
Menopause and perimenopause are not for the faint of heart! Just when you’ve figured out how to cope with one symptom, another creeps in. It can feel like your body, mind, and energy are all speaking different languages.
That’s why in this Whole Living in Menopause 5-week series, we aren’t just looking at one piece of the puzzle. We are using a whole person, somatic approach to explore and nurture every single layer of who you are. You’ll discover practical, easy-to-use tools to help reclaim your rhythm, your rest, and your body’s resilience using movement, meditation, mindfulness, and breathing. Think of it as a 5-week expedition back to you! (you’re worth it!)
Here is what we are diving into each week:
You Have the BEST Body: Your body is a remarkable, amazing, beautiful being - yes, YOUR body. We’ll explore gentle, symptom-soothing movement designed to make you feel grounded, comfortable, and at home in your skin again.
Running on Empty: We'll learn how to regulate your internal thermostat, calm the nervous system, and reclaim your vital energy through easy, portable, do-anywhere breathing techniques that take you from frazzled to fully present.
Mind Over Matter: Brain fog and mood shifts are real. We’ll work on ways to sooth the busy mind, process big feelings, and discover deep, restorative rest.
Earned Wisdom: This transition is a time of immense inner wisdom. We’ll connect with our intuition, rewrite the narrative around midlife, and build lasting resilience - we’ve earned it!
Finding Bliss: Connect to your joy, your peace, your whole sense of self. You are worth it!
No matter where you are on your journey, this series is a sacred space to slow down, move with intention, and laugh through the messy parts with a community of women who truly get it. You’ll receive compassionate support in an accessible, judgement-free zone.
