Hi! I’m Jill

I am a 500-hour yoga teacher, reiki healer, and yoga therapist in-training.

I have an affinity for the beauty and calming aspects of the mind-body-breath connection of yoga, especially restorative yoga, gentle movement, and yoga nidra.

I have a passion for creating accessible, empowering classes for students of all levels.

I believe yoga is for every body. I meet students where they are when they step onto the mat, and provide options and support at all levels.

As a yoga therapist-in training and in my completed studies, I have specialized training in functional yoga, meditation, and yoga for pain care, anxiety, stress and depression, menopause care, arthritis, and other specialized modalities.
