Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing yoga practice that invites stillness and ease. Using props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, poses are held comfortably for several minutes to relax and restore the body while calming and quieting the mind. This is a 60-minute, slow, gentle, practice which engages the body, mind, and spirit. Restorative yoga is a wonderful practice for those craving deep rest and relaxation to offset the mental and emotional noise of daily life. You’ll leave feeling peaceful and refreshed.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a deeply restful guided meditation practiced while lying comfortably with the support of blankets, bolsters, cushions, and other props. There are no poses to perform and no previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. During the practice, you will be gently guided through breath awareness, a relaxed rotation of attention through the body, and calming imagery. You remain comfortably at rest as the body settles and the mind is invited to become quieter.

Yoga Nidra can offer a supportive pause from the demands of daily life and may help you feel more grounded, restored, and connected to yourself. It is especially welcoming for anyone experiencing stress, mental fatigue, changing energy, difficulty resting, or a desire for deeper relaxation.

Come exactly as you are. Your only task is to get comfortable, listen, and receive the practice.
