In yoga therapy, we meet initially to discuss and discover your unique experiences and goals. We use the tools of yoga - breath, movement, meditation, and mindfulness - to heal, relieve, and restore somatic, emotional, energetic, and physical health. Using a whole-person, evidence-based, holistic approach, we’ll work together to create a comprehensive, and sustainable plan to help you live the life you want.

Reiki is the guided movement of your own energy within your body. As energy moves, people sometimes say they feel a warming sensation or a sense of lightness and calm, while some say they notice better sleep and relaxation days later. Because every body is different, people all experience Reiki differently.
